Can I create customized gift packages with individual Freida & Joe Products?

Certainly. Our products can be purchased individually so you can create a package to suit your individual needs. Click here to purchase individual items

We also create customized gift packages for your corporate events and employee recognition programs. Click here to contact a friendly sales representative to discuss your options.

If I have a gift shipped directly, can I include a gift card?

Yes. It will be a Freida & Joe Gift Card stating you are the sender. We will customize the card with your personal message.

FREIDA & JOE PRODUCTS:

Are Freida & Joe products tested on animals?

No. We would never consider allowing any of our products to have any elements that were tested on animals. All products are tried and tested on humans.

Do Freida & Joe products contain alcohol?

No. Alcohol can be damaging to your skin, as it can dry out your skin, and leave it feeling coarse and rough. Our products have natural ingredients that moisturize your skin and leave it feeling ultra-smooth and soft. 

ORDERING & SHIPPING:

Why do I need a Freida & Joe account?

You don't need to have a Freida & Joe account, you can place an order as a guest if you'd prefer. Just click the "continue as guest" option and you can enter the key details needed to process your order. Signing up for an account online simplifies the process for future orders as some of your order details (such as shipping and billing addresses) will be saved for later use

What are your delivery charges?

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and are FREE. Sorry, but we do not ship our products outside the United States.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

Standard ground delivery is 3-5 days. Rush Delivery is 1-3 days, possibly less, depending on your location.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

What is Freida & Joe’s Return Policy?

We think of every customer as a friend. Of course, we want every one of our friends to be happy and fully satisfied with our products. We will reimburse the cost of the product and shipping for all unopened returned items.
