CAN I PUT SOME PERSONAL TOUCH ON GIFT PACKAGES OF FREIDA AND JOE PRODUCTS?
Certainly! You may purchase our gift sets individually so you can create a package that is custom-made per individual. You may contact our Sales Representative through this e-mail for your customized gift package: email@example.com.
IF I BOUGHT A GIFT SET TO BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT, CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT CARD?
Yes. We will be providing you with an exclusive Freida and Joe gift card stating that you are the sender. You may send your personal message as well that we will include in the card.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. We will never consider allowing any of our products to have elements that were tested on animals.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
No. Alcohol can damage your skin, as it can dry it out and leave it feeling coarse and rough. Our products have natural ingredients that moisturize your skin and leave it feeling smooth and soft.
Ordering and Shipping
WHY DO I NEED A FREIDA AND JOE ACCOUNT?
You don't need to have a Freida and Joe account. You can place an order as a guest. Just click the "Continue as Guest" option and you can enter the key details needed to process your order.
Signing up for an account online simplifies the process for future orders, as some of your order details (such as shipping and billing addresses) will be saved for later use.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED?
Standard ground delivery is three to five (3-5) days. Rush Delivery is one to three (1-3) days, possibly less, depending on your location.

We think of every customer as a friend. Of course, we want all our friends to be happy and fully satisfied with our products. We will reimburse the cost of the product and shipping for all unopened returned items.
